Home-Cooked, Not Stuck At Home

The raw Cast-Iron Dutch Oven shows that you can both feed a crowd a delicious meal, all while enjoying the great outdoors. I really appreciate how versatile and functional this piece of cookware is and that I can set it directly over the W+G Grill to make flavorful soups, stews, pasta dishes and desserts over open flame. The added bonus is that I can use it year-round in my regular kitchen too. It’s rare to find a piece of cookware that you can use in your indoor kitchen and on the shorelines of your favorite lake. This product definitely delivers.

FAQ

1. Using a small amount of dish soap, gently wash the Dutch oven with a sponge or cloth. We recommend using soft materials to prevent scratching.
2. Dry the Dutch oven thoroughly with a dish cloth.

Cast-iron is a durable material, but not indestructible. Softer cooking tools like wood and silicone are your friend. Use metal tools carefully, and try not to scrape too hard.

Yes, the silicone seal is completely fire and oven safe. If you're still uncertain, it should be noted that the silicone gasket is optional, and your Dutch oven will perform fine without it.
